Return Window:

You have 7 days after receiving your item to initiate a return for products with damage or manufacturing defects.

Item Condition for Returns:

To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: undamaged (unless reporting a defect), unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, kindly make a video of the unpacking process. If you discover any defects, damage, or discrepancies, contact us immediately. This will help us swiftly address and resolve your concerns.

Exceptions:

Certain items can't be returned: perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on items bought during clearance or special/festive sales are not accepted. You can still contact us with any specific queries & we'll try our best to give you a satisfactory resolution.

Refunds Process:

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll inform you about the refund decision. Approved refunds for defective or damaged items are processed within 48 hours for UPI transactions and up to 7 days for other methods. It may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

Return Charges:

We cover all costs for returns of damaged, defective or incorrect items. For other return reasons if applicable, a fee of Rs.160 (varies by parcel size) will be deducted from your refund.
